• be a qualified solicitor or hold CILEX qualifications in employment law practice and have extensive experience.
• provide advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, workplace policies, and tribunal representation.
• possess excellent communication and business development skills
• take responsibility for marketing and business development activities to help grow the team’s client base.
