How does the referral scheme work?
It’s easy!
You qualify when you refer a relevant candidate who is looking for a new role.
If the candidate is successfully placed by Cooper Lomaz in the next 6 Months, you will bag yourself £100 of vouchers.

How do I refer someone?
Like the scheme, it is easy!
To refer a candidate to Cooper Lomaz Recruitment simply fill in the form on this page to register the referral, and we’ll do the rest! *
One of our team will get in contact with your referral and should we place them in a permanent vacancy you will be rewarded with a £100 voucher of your choice!

*Please remember you will need their permission to share their details with us!
Terms and conditions
- A £100 voucher will be sent via Royal Mail per successful single referral, to the referrer
- You will receive your £100 voucher within 30 days of your referee starting the position
- The candidate must not already be registered with Cooper Lomaz Recruitment, and have been spoken to by us in the last 6 Months
- No cash alternative is available
- To qualify, the candidate must be placed in a permanent position within 6 months of your referral
- In the event of a dispute, Cooper Lomaz’s decision will be final
