Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, training and managing FOH and BOH staff.
  • Offer an outstanding guest experience, by promoting a friendly atmosphere.
  • Financial management by budgeting and pricing.
  • Food and Beverage inventory management:
    • Stock control and waste management.
    • Supplier relations.
  • Health and safety compliance:
    • Bar compliance with regulatory laws
    • H&S inspections in all areas of the venue
  • Events and Marketing:
    • Promoting offers to attract guests.
    • Social media management and presence.
    • Community engagement, by contributing to local events and engage with local businesses.
  • Operations:
    • Ensuring the bar runs smoothly, make sure that opening and closing procedures are followed.
    • Ensuring that the bar and kitchen equipment is running smoothly.
    • Managing relations with vendors and suppliers for equipment.
  • Be ready to resolve any conflict, either from guests or staff members, and being prepared to deal with accidents or any other emergencies.
  • Performance reports and monitoring trends to keep the brand at a competitive level.
  • Always be hands on and be involved with Food and Beverage menu development and improvement of service and profitability.

Skills and Experience:

  • Personal License holder
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (F&B manager, Restaurant manager, Bar manager, etc..)
  • Customer Service
  • Time management
