Job Title: CNC Milling Operator

Location: Norwich

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Hourly Rate: Up to £17 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
I’m currently supporting a client with a search for a CNC Milling Operator to join their team on the twilight shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with milling experience who is confident operating and loading CNC mills – no programming required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and operate CNC milling machines
• Work to production targets and follow job specifications
• Perform basic quality checks on parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report any machine or tooling issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC milling machines (no programming needed)
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working twilight shift hours
