This is a physically active role where you’ll play an important part in supporting day-to-day site operations and helping projects run smoothly. Role Overview:

• Carry out a variety of general labouring duties, including moving, lifting, and handling materials.
• Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow supervisor instructions to ensure work is delivered on time and to standard.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organised, always observing health and safety requirements.
• Report any hazards, faults, or issues promptly to the site supervisor.
• Take part in team briefings and support project planning where needed.

Required Skills:

• Previous labouring or site experience is helpful, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to carry out manual tasks throughout the day.
• A team player who can also work independently when required.
• Good communication skills with the ability to follow clear instructions.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a site or workshop setting is desirable.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
