Eastern Mediterranean Restaurant that brings a bold, contemporary twist to traditional flavours which celebrates seasonality with dishes designed for sharing.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment.

40 hours a week contract – minimum guaranteed hours (closed on Mondays)

£16 – £18 per hour dependant on experience

Overtime available

Daily staff food – able to order from the menu

Staff discount on food and drinks

Chef de Partie Key Objectives

  • Consistently execute dishes to the highest standard during service
  • Take complete responsibility for your section, from preparation to cleanliness and organisation
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and disciplined kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For in a Chef de Parite

  • Well managed and organised prep
  • Ability to fillet a fish
  • Being able to work across multiple stations in the same shift
  • Experience working in a fast paced but high standard kitchen
  • Work well under pressure and work efficiently both solo and in a team
  • Solid understanding of food hygiene, safety, and allergen procedures
