My candidate is a quick witted and enthusiastic individual, who is experienced in IT and passionate about working with data and providing support. He thrives working as a strong team player and was previously working alongside a closely tight nit team so being a part of thriving and down to earth culture is important to him. He survived a magnitude of budget cuts from his previous company but ultimately found the previous team structure in comparison to the work load unsustainable, so made the decision to take redundancy. Despite this down time he has remained proactive and despite having already having strong Azure experience, he has completed a range of courses to enhance his skills.

 

He was previously working as an Infrastructure Engineer for Hexcel Composites company. For this role he was responsible for working in a small team of 3, but working as an individual to 28 sites to internal and external stakeholders ensuring that the service is delivered effectively. Completing daily compliance checks and auditing for all servers and services, therefore contributing to the delivery and management of projects with detailed documentation.

 Therefore, he has demonstrated his interest for this role because he is looking to become part of an exciting, innovative company so that he can further develop and change his career path. My candidate has experience with MySQL, Azure, Microsoft Powershell and is looking for a role which he can further apply his skills whilst using his proactive initiative to problem solve. He is immediately availability which is rare for a candidate of his quality.
