The last 5 + years of the candidates background revolves around IT Support where he acted as the first point of contact as an IT Technician where he was providing support for an MSP. Since then he has been working as a 2nd Line Engineer providing support by using Active Directory and Group Policy, and TCP/IP network installations and troubleshooting. He has been using bespoke systems and has been using Office 365/Azure on a daily basis to provide support throughout the company. Learning all of these systems and wanting to gain this experience to be able to chase their dream job of becoming a Cloud/Infrastructure Manger in the Future.
