Agricultural Service Engineer

Up to £36,000 per year plus overtime and standby payments

Role summary

This is a field-based Agricultural Service Engineer role working on a wide range of modern agricultural machinery. You’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs using both hands-on mechanical skills and laptop-based fault finding.

The role suits someone with land-based engineering experience who enjoys variety, responsibility and working directly with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair agricultural machinery across the full product range
• Diagnose faults using manufacturer diagnostic software and on-board systems
• Carry out mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in seasonal overtime and standby where required
• Undertake ongoing manufacturer and technical training

What we’re looking for

• Qualification or equivalent experience in Land-Based Engineering
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Confident communicator with good customer-facing ability
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
• Full UK driving licence

Salary & benefits

Up to £36,000 basic salary with regular performance reviews
Regular overtime (paid on hours over 37.5 per week)
