Care Plan / Sales Executive

Letchworth Garden City SG6

£32,000 – £35,000 (plus commission plan)

 

We are recruiting a proactive, customer-focused Care Plan Executive to join a busy sales team. This role is pivotal in driving new sales of care plan packages while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing success of service offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Generate new sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach
  • Maintain and enhance existing care plan accounts
  • Keep accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems
  • Promote care plan benefits, including remote support, priority response, discounts, and preventative maintenance visits
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to contract completion and renewal
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Director

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within a technical or service-led environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
