This company is known for its cutting-edge Unified Commerce Platform, offering solutions like POS, Mobile POS, Self-Checkout, and Commerce Microservices. With high-profile clients such as Harrods, Macy’s, and Leroy Merlin, this company is poised for significant global expansion.

The Opportunity:

Are you a dynamic and ambitious sales professional with a passion for technology? We’re seeking a Country Sales Lead for Germany, a key role within our client’s global sales team. This position is perfect for a confident and technically adept individual ready to take on the challenge of driving sales in a competitive market.

As the Country Sales Lead, you’ll focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with top-tier retailers across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. You’ll be instrumental in expanding the company’s presence in Germany, supported by a collaborative and highly skilled sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic in-market activities to generate new business.
  • Lead targeted marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and events in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, partners, and existing customers within the market.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine sales materials, presentations, and overall market strategy.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to product demonstrations and closing deals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in tech sales, with a strong background in enterprise software sales and bid management.
  • Skills: Excellent market-building and lead-generation abilities, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Technical Savvy: You should be comfortable understanding and explaining complex software solutions.
  • Sector Experience: Ideally, you have experience in eCommerce or retail technology.
  • Personality: Outgoing, professional, and confident in engaging with decision-makers.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally, both short and long haul.
