Job Title: Estate Coordinator

Location: Suffolk, Eye (on site/farm)

Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 p/year

As an Estate Coordinator, you will play a crucial role for the assistance in management of Farmers and fields. This position is a fantastic opportunity to grow in the Farming Industry.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assistance in management of Farmers and fields, harvesting contractors and of building and yard areas.
• Supporting Estate manager in all operations.
• Field staff Management
• Supporting Production Manager in factory processes.
• Day to day running of distillery process. (once a year)
• Omnia daily management.
• Operational Planning

Required Skills:

• Planning and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills.
• Numeracy and literacy and IT skills.
• Flexibility – a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and extra hours during peak periods, to meet the demands of a seasonal 24/7 business
• Team working.
• Ability to operate plant machinery on site.
• Collaboration- Liaise effectively with harvesting team leaders, supervisors Estate Manager, Production Manager and Engineering Manager on any issues.
• PA1/2 qualification

Desired Skills:

• Telehandler
• BOAS boiler operation certification(desirable)

Experience:

• Must understand the basics of farms
• Good understanding of Husbandry Side of farming
