Job Title: Graduate Account Manager
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £26,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Role Overview

  • Play a key role in managing one of our most high-profile, globally active client accounts
  • Support recruitment needs across the UK, Europe, and beyond
  • Be involved in shaping international hiring strategies for technical and professional roles
  • Work closely with the leadership team on lead generation and business development
  • Gain valuable exposure to both client and candidate management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
  • Develop your client-facing and commercial skills in a real-world setting
  • Contribute to international recruitment projects that make a real impact

Working hours are:

  • Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30
  • Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
