About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist II to join a prominent organisation based in Stowmarket. This role involves implementing HR processes and systems to enhance organisational and people capability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HR processes, practices, and systems, including staffing, performance management, and employee relations.
• Coordinate workforce planning and forecasting initiatives in line with site HR goals.
• Provide expert advice on HR and labour regulatory issues, and coach leaders to support effective employee relationships.
• Deliver cost-effective HR solutions to attract and retain essential skills.
• Manage HR projects, facilitate change management, and engage with stakeholders.
• Utilise corporate resources to provide tactical and operational support.
• Implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or CIPD qualification essential.
• Minimum of two years of relevant HR experience or operations professional-level experience.
• Proven experience with UK Employment Law and managing investigations.
• Strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR project management.
• Experience in training and development, and maintaining HR systems.
