Payroll specialist- Bury St Edmund’s

Our client is a global company in the food manufacturing industry based in Bury St Edmund’s and they are seeking an experienced Payroll specialist to ensure the compliance and provision of the payroll function. This role will also involve helping the HR team in a busy working environment.

The role will involve:

  • Data checking
  • Preparation and processing payroll
  • Monthly posting of payroll journals
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Administration management
  • Annual budgeting
  • HR admin support

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing full payroll experience including legislation and tax regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • HR experience preferable but not essential.
  • Experience of working with ADP and Kronos systems also preferable
