Are you passionate about Paid Search and ready to develop your career in PPC and paid media marketing?

We’re working with a growing B2C business in Norwich looking for a PPC Executive to join their in-house marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a leading digital marketing agency to plan, deliver, and optimise high-performing paid campaigns across multiple channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to specialise in PPC rather than SEO or content creation, with full support, hands-on training, and exposure to large-scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Strategy Development – Support the creation and execution of PPC and paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display networks.
  • Campaign Management – Help manage paid campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimisation.
  • Performance Analysis – Review and analyse campaign data, providing insights to improve ROI and overall performance.
  • Budget Management – Assist in managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum returns.
  • Collaboration – Partner with internal teams and the external digital marketing agency to deliver high-quality, engaging campaigns.
  • Reporting – Contribute to regular reporting on KPIs and campaign outcomes, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay Updated – Keep on top of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC and paid media.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Good understanding of PPC principles and digital advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.

If you’re ambitious, analytical, and ready to build your career in PPC marketing, this is the perfect opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll make an immediate impact.
