Cooper Lomaz is seeking highly driven and experienced Recruiters, preferably with backgrounds in temp/contract Engineering recruitment, to join our team based in London.

Formed in 1990, Cooper Lomaz is one of the largest independent recruitment businesses in East Anglia. With a long history of working with the very best companies and candidates in the region, we are now entering a new phase of growth and thus seeking new Recruiters to join our brand new office situated in Fulham, London.

We’ve started 2024 with a huge investment into our recruitment technology, with a brand new CRM System and a refresh of our technology suite. We’ve also implemented a number of initiatives throughout the business to ensure our people get all the support and guidance they need to success.

About you:

We are looking for people who are passionate about recruitment and providing a great service. You will be a natural communicator and someone that is able to build long-standing relationships.

The Role:

The role of a Temp/Contract Recruitment Consultant is a varied position, where you get to work with a range of exciting businesses and talented candidates. The role of a Recruiter is to build and manage exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates and match the candidate with their perfect job. Whilst each day is different, you will typically find yourself doing the following:

  • Speaking to potential and current clients to win business
  • Advertising jobs and searching for candidates
  • Speaking with candidates to understand their skills and motivations
  • Sending CV’s, arranging interviews and managing offers
  • Networking on social media
  • Meeting candidates and clients
