Title: Recruitment Consultant (All Experience Levels)
Location: Norwich, Pottergate
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 p.a. (DOE) + 20% Commission

We’re looking for experienced recruitment professionals to join our Norwich team.

If you’re a motivated, proactive individual with at least 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, we want to hear from you. We’re particularly interested in those who have recruited in the IT, Tech or Engineering sectors – though experience in other specialisms will also be considered.

What does the role involve?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates
  • Speaking to potential and existing clients to win new business
  • Meeting clients in person to build strong relationships
  • Interviewing candidates and understanding their motivations
  • Managing the recruitment process – CVs, interviews, offers
  • Networking via social media and market events

You’ll work across a broad client base, building meaningful connections and delivering real value to candidates and businesses alike.

What we’re looking for

We’re hiring recruiters with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the industry. Experience within IT, Tech, or Engineering recruitment is desirable, but we’re open to those with backgrounds in other sectors who are keen to develop their career further.

You’ll also need:

  • Confidence communicating with clients and candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Ambition to succeed and grow professionally
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • A goal-oriented approach to work

This role is based full-time in our Norwich office, so applicants should be within commuting distance.

We’re currently hiring two consultants, but we’re open to making additional hires if we meet the right people.

Interviews will take place at our Norwich office, with flexibility to interview outside of working hours, if required.
