Your daily responsibilities:

  • Oversee F&B operations.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective operational management.
  • Manage FOH team through coaching and motivation.
  • Organise Rotas and team development sessions.
  • H&S compliance regulations.
  • Strategize to improve service.

You are great for this role if you have:

  • Understanding of F&B operations
  • Strong IT skills and understanding of EPOS systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment as a Restaurant Manager
  • Natural leader and excellent communication skills
  • Maintain a professional posture when under pressure
  • Flexibility in working hours and days
