Job Title: Senior SAP Payroll Consultant
Location: Remote (EU-based)
Rate: Up to €850 per day
Language: Dutch is a plus, but not required
Experience: Minimum 15 years

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to lead and deliver high-quality SAP PY implementations for a Netherlands-based project. This is a full-time, remote freelance role, offering a competitive daily rate.

You will be responsible for the functional and technical delivery of the SAP Payroll solution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, best practices, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP OM/PA/PY/TM modules

• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality expectations

• Serve as the primary point of escalation for functional implementation matters

• Provide expert guidance to technical and functional teams

• Align deliverables with business goals and solution architecture

Key Requirements:

• At least 15 years’ experience in SAP Payroll implementation and configuration

• Proven leadership in managing complex SAP PY projects

• Knowledge of Dutch payroll processes is highly desirable

• Strong consultancy skills, including business analysis and solution design

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture

• Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure and changing priorities
