1. Connect Promptly
Contact hiring manager within 2 hours of receiving the job descriptions.
This ensures early alignment on priorities, timelines, and success criteria, reducing delays and miscommunication later in the process.

2. Start Shortlisting
Initiate the shortlisting process within 24 hours of receiving the job.
Early engagement with relevant talent maintains momentum and gives you a realistic view of candidate availability.

3. First Submissions
Submit at least two CVs within 48 hours after job qualification.
You receive qualified, relevant candidates quickly, allowing early assessment without unnecessary waiting time.

4. Complete Submissions
Provide a total of four CVs within 96 hours (4 days).
A complete, considered shortlist supports confident decision-making without overwhelming you with CV volume.

5. Interview Coordination
Organise and prepare candidates for the interview process as advised.
We manage scheduling and preparation to protect your time and ensure candidates are well briefed and engaged.

6. Rapid Feedback
Deliver candidate feedback within 2 hours of the interview.
Fast feedback helps secure strong candidates and keeps the hiring process moving in competitive markets.

7. Offer Management
Ensure a final decision on any offers within a maximum of 48 hours.
We manage expectations and communication on both sides to improve acceptance rates and minimise drop-outs.

8. Post-Placement Support
Offer support to both clients and candidates after placement.
Our involvement continues beyond the offer to support onboarding, retention, and long-term success.
