As the leader of our sales function, he works closely with the team to develop their sales skills and deepen their sector expertise. Nick’s focus is firmly on people leadership and driving sales excellence, with exceeding sales targets at the core of his approach to success.
Vicki - Finance Director
With over 16 years of experience in accountancy, Vicki expertly manages all aspects of our financial operations, including terms of business, replacements, rebates, and payroll. Whether it’s about your expenses or payday, Vicki is the person to turn to for knowledgeable support and assistance.
Evelina - HR & Operations Lead, EA to CEO
Evelina serves as a supportive and trusted point of contact, dedicated to ensuring that our people feel heard and have ample opportunities to grow their careers with us. Having progressed from HR Advisor to HR and Operations Lead, Evelina brings a wealth of experience and commitment to her role.
Her focus on learning and development, alongside prioritising health and wellbeing, ensures our team is equipped, supported, and empowered to thrive in their careers.
Ed - head of marketing and communications
Ed is all about Marketing and Social Media! He not only manages our LinkedIn page, ensuring it stays engaging and informative, but also offers valuable support to help enhance your personal online presence.
Starting with us as a Marketing Assistant, Ed has shown incredible dedication and hard work, progressing through the business to join our senior leadership team as our Head of Marketing and Communications.
Now overseeing and managing all aspects of our marketing operations, Ed is instrumental in driving our brand’s visibility and success, ensuring we remain a trusted name in recruitment.
